I am Mo Al-Ghorairy, a UK town planning consultant working with housing developers and planning consultancies. I hold an RTPI-accredited MPlan from Sheffield Hallam University and I am a Licentiate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, working towards chartered status.
My focus is the detail behind good development decisions: finding sites and appraising them, analysing planning policy, and tracking local plan stages and how each authority is deciding applications. It is careful, evidence-led work, presented in clear reports you can put straight to use.
I work remotely from Erbil in Iraq, delivering everything online. That keeps my overheads low and my turnaround fast, so you get rigorous desktop research and analysis without the cost of an in-house researcher.
