Grey Belt Checker

Works a Green Belt site through the NPPF paragraph 155 tests and the Annex 2 grey belt definition. Covers both routes to grey belt status, the previously developed land route and the purposes route, then takes each of the four limbs of paragraph 155 in turn and says where the case is strong, arguable or short of evidence.

Planning Decision Summariser

Reads an officer report or an Inspector's appeal decision and gives you the principle of development, the reasons the case turned on, and the conclusion. Skips the consultee tables, the procedural boilerplate and the full policy lists that make these documents long. Useful when working through a shortlist of comparable decisions.
